Mission Statement
The Wildwood Housing Authority shall, at all times, develop and operate each project for the purpose of providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing for eligible familes in a manner that promotes serviceability, economy, efficiency, stability of the projects, and the economic and social well-being of the tenants.

To manage and operate all properties in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner in order to maximize the quality of life for our residents.
About Us
The Wildwood Housing Authority is a federally funded, non-profit quasi-government agency that provides affordable housing to low to moderate income families, seniors, and people with disabilities. WHA is overseen by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. It uses its $1.0 million annual budget to provide safe and decent housing and other assistance for approximately 1,000 Wildwood citizens. The Wildwood Housing Authority is managed by a seven-member board of commissioners. Six are appointed by the Mayor of the city of Wildwood with the concurrence of the other city commissioners. The other is appointed by the Department of Community Affairs. The Wildwood Housing Authority owns 2 housing developments in Wildwood. The developments have 170 units.

The Wildwood Housing Authority has decided recently to rebrand with a new logo. Our new logo brand is unique to the Wildwood Housing Authority. The logo embodies WHA’s seaside location, so we incorporated beach emblems.
The new image brand captures the Wildwood Housing Authority’s spirit and will be used internally and externally. below is a picture of the New Logo, which will start being incorporated on outgoing letter and notices.
