Update:
The WHA is making a draft copy of proposed changes to the Wildwood Housing Authority Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) available for public comment for a period of 45 days (January 8, 2024, through February 23, 2024). These changes are mandated by HOTMA, as well as updated HUD policies and guidance. Portions of the ACOP to be removed are shown in struck out red font. New information and policies to be added are highlighted in yellow. Public comments can be submitted to the following email address: info@wildwoodhousing.org The Drafted Copy will be located under the Document Center.
 The Wildwood Housing Authority has decided recently to rebrand with a new logo. Our new logo brand is unique to the Wildwood Housing Authority. The logo embodies WHA’s seaside location, so we incorporated beach emblems. The new image brand captures the Wildwood Housing Authority’s spirit and will be used internally and externally. below is a picture of the New Logo, which will start being incorporated on outgoing letter and notices.The staff is NOT permitted to open the property management office door. This is for their safety as well as yours. If you need to see the property manager, please use the service window in the vestibule.
Maintenance Staff will be available for emergency maintenance work orders, (after business hours, holidays and weekends) call 609-551-8836. WHA Office staff will still be available to assist residents via telephone and email during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, so we encourage you to use email or call to communicate with us if possible. WHA Residents can access some services using the Wildwood Housing Authority tenant portal on the website. If you need help accessing the tenant portal, please call 609-729-0220.
We host a monthly Community Food Distribution every 1st Wednesday of the month from 9:30 - 11:30 AM. (Behind the Sandman Towers) For More Information Contact: Ali with Community Food Bank of New Jersey 732-515-3980. The Community Food Bank of New Jersey is the state's largest anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization, supporting more than 1,000 community partners, including local food pantries and soup kitchens, and working to ensure access to nutritious food for vulnerable individuals and families and to meet the growing need.

Angel Visit Baptist Church, 435 W Garfield Ave., Wildwood, A community food pantry. They pass out food to the community. They tend to be scheduled every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you would like to schedule a food pick up or have any questions, please contact Juanita Jones 609-602-4962. *You must bring your own bags, must wear a mask!!We want you to know that you can help by following the CDC rules for social distancing at least 6 feet apart, especially in the elevator try to avoid going in there in groups, avoid group gatherings, as well as the CDC guidance on proper sanitation and hygiene. As always, the health and safety of our residents, staff and the community remain our top priority. Please know that during these challenging times, Wildwood Housing Authority remains committed to providing the best services possible while still taking precautionary measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Cape May County Department of Public Health.
