Sandman Tower has 60 efficiency and 40 one bedroom apartments. The apartments are equipped with electric ranges and refrigerators. Located on the first floor is a Community Room for group activities, laundry facilities, and on-site mail boxes. There is an entry card system for security. Each floor has a trash chute for trash disposal.
